DOMESTIC SCENES
WINTER 2020
This seminar focused on how users interact with interior spaces and how beautiful architecture can influence mundane actions. My initial understanding of a home was an entry, a kitchen, a bedroom, and an office. This developed through the seminar into a place to hang a coat, a place to cook, a place to sleep, and a place to work. We as designers must not go through a checklist of space types, but instead, walk through the daily actions and habits of the dweller. These collages mark my ever-evolving perception of architectural space and serve as a testament to what I have learned.
