The owners wanted a new detached garage with an accessory dwelling unit on the second floor. They wanted to create a deck between the primary and accessory residences. This project was located in North East Portland, Oregon.

I was tasked to solve the complex level changes, ensuring the property was secured from all sides, and ensuring the new ADU design complemented the 1915 Craftsman home.
